U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service. FoodData Central (fdc.nal.usda.gov) — the 10,000 packaged-food products in the app's Browse catalog. Public domain; no share-alike obligation.
Open Food Facts (openfoodfacts.org, ODbL) — live barcode lookups, and US scan counts used only to rank which USDA products are included. No Open Food Facts records are stored in the app's product catalog.

What is not covered

GradeMyLabel's ingredient safety database, risk ratings and scoring method are separate, independent works and are not derived from the datasets above.
